Volunteering @ Special Olympics

5.30 - 8pm

Plymouth

If you are interested in helping to provide adults with learning disabilities and/or disabilities the opportunity to participate and compete in sport with no ongoing commitment then this is the opportunity for you!

Volunteering with Special Olympics helps to make a real and positive difference to the projects members so why not join us? We meet every Wednesday in the Hive and we have access to a free taxi which transports us to and from the YMCA club.

For two hours every week, as a sports volunteer you can get involved in various activities which are exciting and rewarding. Please remember to wear comfortable clothing and consider it a free workout session! We will be back at Uni no later than 8pm.

Volunteering is such a great way of being part of the wider community whilst at university so we hope that you all have the opportunity to join us on at least one of our trips this year.
